The “Straight up Search Boost” initiative is a referral programme introduced by Straight up Search Ltd. This programme offers a valuable 20% discount on service fees to both the referrer and the referred customer for successful referrals (see “Referral Rewards” for details). Its primary purpose is to encourage and acknowledge our loyal customers for bringing in new clients, creating a community of mutually beneficial relationships.
Introduction
Welcome to the Straight up Search Ltd Customer Referral Programme. Our programme is designed to express our gratitude to our loyal customers and to extend a warm welcome to the new clients they introduce to our services.
Eligibility
The Referral Programme is open to all existing customers of Straight up Search Ltd. Referred customers should be new to Straight up Search Ltd, with no prior engagement in the past 12 months. Employees and affiliates of Straight up Search Ltd are not eligible for this programme.
Referral Rewards
For the Referrer: You’ll receive an exclusive 20% discount on your service fee for every successful referral. For example, if you refer a customer with a service fee of £2000, you’ll enjoy a £400 discount on your bill. For the Referred Customer: The new customer you refer will also receive a special 20% discount on their first month’s service fee.
How to Make a Referral
Introduce a potential new customer to our services via a three-way email that includes the referred individual and a representative from Straight up Search Ltd.. Make sure the referred individual is well-informed about and genuinely interested in our services. Feel free to make as many referrals as you like – there’s no limit to the rewards you can earn.

Reward Distribution
The 20% discount for both the referrer and the referred customer will be applied to their respective service fees in the billing cycle following the successful onboarding of the new customer. Please note that these discounts are applied directly to service fees and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Terms and Conditions
Straight up Search Ltd retains the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at its discretion and without prior notice. Any misuse of the programme may result in disqualification and the reversal of any discounts. By participating in the referral programme, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
